BASE SURMOUNTED BY A PLINTH, TAPERING SHAFT AND CELTIC WHEEL CROSS. WHOLE STANDS ON A SMALL PAVED AREA SURROUNDED BY A CHAIN LINK FENCE. INSCRIPTION IN BLACK LETTERING ON THE SIDES OF THE SHAFT. CELTIC KNOTWORK DESIGN IN RELIEF ON THE CROSS AND AT THE BASE OF THE SHAFT
