- Description
- Figure of winged victory, standing on an orb balanced on one foot with both hands raised to the sky, clutching a wreath in the left hand. Around the orb is a serpent. All is mounted on plain tapered pylon and the base is reached by a flight of steps. Bronze wreath on front face (upper) of pedestal.
