Description
Two-stepped square base surmounted by a square sectioned two-stage plinth, moulded-edge capstone, rectangular sectioned shaft with cross. Foliated wreath on tablet in heavy relief on each of the upper plinth faces. Inscription tablet with raised lettering, attached to each of the plinth faces. Projecting decorative scroll-work on each face at base of shaft. Arms of cross are flared.

Face 1: ERECTED 1920. / IN / LOVING MEMORY OF GLENFIELD MEN / WHO / GAVE THEIR LIVES IN THE GREAT WAR / ^ 1914 ^ 1918 ^ / These laid the world away, / poured out the red sweet wine of youth, / gave up the years to be of work and joy. Faces 2, 3 & 4 : (NAMES)
