Description
Open Ionic rotunda with a low dome supported by six columns. In the centre a figure of St Michael with lance in his left hand and his right arm extended in benediction. In the floor are carved the arms of the county and the borough of Shrewsbury, the Croix de Guerre, the badge of the King's Shropshire Light Infantry and a cross.
