2010: Cleaned with the help of the War Memorials Trust. 26 October 2009. Grade II listed. November 2008: Wells Cathedral Stonemasons, Cheddar carried out the following works: Cleaned the Memorial, bollards and surrounding paved area using DOFF steam cleaning system; repointed open joints and removed rusted ironwork to cross; cut and replaced 4 plaques in Portland stone to match existing stonework. 1998: Inscribed tablets replaced and memorial cleaned. 1989: One of the pillars replaced
