Description
Figure of a soldier in mourning with his head bowed and leaning on his rifle standing on a simple pillar and closely surrounded by railings. A tablet recording additional names from both the First and Second World Wars (identified as a result of research by Mr Les Andrew in the late 1990s) has been placed at a horizontal angle to the main memorial.
