WREATHS IN RELIEF EITHER SIDE OF COLUMNS. WREATHS TOPPED WITH CROWNS. RELIEFS EITHER SIDE OF FIGURE OF ST GEORGE OF EACH YEAR FROM 1914- 1919. THREE YEARS EACH SIDE OF ST GEORGE. LIONS HEAD AT TOP OF DATES. INVERTED BOUQUET UNDER EACH YEAR.
