- 2010: Current location in question. Royal Exchange Building sold for development in 2001 and is now a retail centre. No information about location of memorial. 1997: MEMORIALS 13178 AND 13179 ARE BOTH INTEGRAL PARTS OF ONE MEMORIAL, THE ATLAS ASSURANCE COMPANY MEMORIAL. ORIGINALLY SITED AT 92 CHEAPSIDE, WAS DISPERSED AFTER THE PREMISES WERE SOLD. THE FIGURATIVE WORK WENT TO THE ROYAL EXCHANGE BUILDING (OUR REF. 13179) AND THE PLAQUES INTO STORAGE IN A STABLE ON GUARDIAN ROYAL EXCHANGE PROPERTY AT LYTHAM ST ANNES, LANCASHIRE (Our ref. 13178).
