- Brick platform of three steps on which sits an angled stone base. The First World War marble tablet is mounted on the angled face of the base; the Second World War tablet is mounted on a lower face. The memorial is enclosed within six bollards and a single strand chain.

- In 2007 the memorial was remounted on a new stone base and set on a stepped platform at Papyrus Road. In 1977 this replica First World War tablet was crafted and installed, along with the Second World War tablet, at the Royal Mail Headquarters in Bourges Boulevard.
