- SIX SIDED BRICK STRUCTURE WITH A CLOCK AT THE TOP OF THREE OF THE SIDES WITH AN ALCOVE BENEATH. OTHER THREE SIDES HAVE WHITE STONE TABLETS ATTACHED TO THEM WITH INSCRIPTION AND NAMES. NEW BASE ADDED FOR WW2 NAMES. WHOLE IS SURMOUNTED BY STONE COLONNADE AND ENCLOSED WITHIN IRON RAILINGS. STONE VASES ON EACH SIDE OF THE BASE.
