- In the 1990s it was thought the memorial may have been in storage in the boiler room of the church
having been moved from the original All Saints Church near the corner of Bollo Bridge Road and Palmerston Road
which was demolished in 1982. The image attached to this record is taken from an old photograph of the memorials in the possession of St Peter's Church
Acton. It appears to show them positioned against an external wall
perhaps of the current All Saints Church. It is not known when this photograph was taken.

- Description
- Two identical rectangular oak boards with triangular pediments. Names in black lettering, in four columns on each board. Each pediment is surmounted by a carved fleur-de-lys, and has the years 1914 and 1918 inside carved laurel wreathes. Between these each pediment has an elliptical cartouche: these are now empty, but from the shading on the wood and the presence of protruding screws or bolts, it appears that they originally had crosses attached to them.
