IWM London Overseas Group Notification of Visit Form

This form is for overseas school and youth groups.

Our admission charges and fees increase in January each year.

From 29 July 2013 to Summer 2014, we will continue to transform IWM London and some building works will take place.  During this time, access around the museum will be limited and the main atrium and large objects will be covered from view. We recommend you plan to visit after 2pm. If the museum is busy you may have to queue to enter.

IWM London opening hours: 10am to 6pm daily

Arrival and Departure

All groups must enter via the Park Entrance. Demand for Special Exhibition entrance is higher early in the day. Groups who are able to depart later in the day may have more success in booking their preferred dates and sessions.

Who will be visiting

If you are bringing a large group please can you split the group into groups of 30 or less and stagger entrance into the museum.

Ratio of adults to children

We require an adult:child ratio of 1:15 children and recommend a ratio of 1:10.
The Imperial War Museum/Imperial War Museum Trading Company Ltd will store the data you supply securely and use it for the purpose of arranging your visit.
