IWM London Learning Conference Booking Form

This form is for the Nazi Germany and the Holocaust 6th Form Conference 21 November 2013.

Our admission charges and fees increase in January each year.

From 29 July 2013 to Summer 2014, we will continue to transform IWM London and some building works will take place.  During this time, access around the museum will be limited and the main atrium and large objects will be covered from view. Cost is £16 per person. Each teacher/adult per 10 students attends free of charge.

The Conference will take place in the Conference Room at IWM London, Lambeth Road, London SE1 6HZ from 10.45am until 2pm.

Arrival and Departure

All Groups must enter and depart via the Park Entrance.

Who will be visiting

Please tell us how many are in your group. Entry at this site is limited to a maximum of 60 students per school/college per day.

Ratio of adults to students

We require an adult:student ratio of 1:15 students and recommend a ratio of 1:10. One teacher is admitted free with every 10 paying students.

Cloakroom

Cloak room facilities at IWM London are limited. Please keep coats and bags with you during the conference.

Lunch

You may eat lunch in the Conference Room or, weather permitting, in the park adjacent to the museum.

Trading company

The Imperial War Museum/Imperial War Museum Trading Company Ltd will store the data you supply securely and use it for the purpose of arranging your visit.
If you would like to print a copy of your request for your records please do so before submitting the form. Please ensure you press ‘submit form’ afterwards to send your request to us and make a note of the date and time to help us trace any queries.

Terms and Conditions

Payment You will be charged for all guests listed on the booking request form, and an invoice will be issued by email. We are not able to refund any charges for individual guests or groups who do not arrive. We will endeavour to accommodate late notice changes but any additional guests added within four weeks of the arrival date, including anyone not on the original booking who arrives at the conference, will be charged at £32 per person. All payments must be made in one single payment either by credit/debit card, BACS or cheque made payable to Imperial War Museum Trading Company Limited. Cheques must be sent with the remittance advice to: The Cashier, Finance Office Imperial War Museum Lambeth Road London SE1 6HZ We are not able to accept payment on arrival. Non-payment of invoices will result in future bookings being declined to all IWM branches. Cancellations All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to LRcancellations@iwm.org.uk . Cancellations received in writing more than four weeks prior to the conference will not be invoiced. Cancellations received in writing within four weeks of the conference date must be paid in full and will be based on the number of guests listed on the booking request form.
