HMS Belfast Learning Visit Adult Groups Request Form

This form is for adult, higher education (post-18) and mixed aged groups.

We are able to accept requests for visits up to 20 April 2014.

When would you like to visit

Ship opening hours: Summer 1 March-31 October 10:00-18:00 Winter 1 November-28 February 10:00-17:00 You may book a Self Guided Visit only or add a Learning Session for an additional fee. We will endeavour to offer you your first choice of date but we are often over-subscribed. If all three of your preferred dates are unavailable but we have availability in the same term we will contact you to discuss your options.

Who will be visiting

Due to safety restrictions the maximum group size able to board the ship at any one time is 35. Large groups will be split and entrance time will be staggered. If you are bringing a mixed aged group we do require ratio of 1 adult to every 10 children up to year 12 (age 16).

Please tell us the make-up of your group

Students who have already had their 16th birthday but are visiting as part of a year 11 group will still gain free entry.

What would you like to do on your visit

For an additional charge learn more about HMS Belfast with a 1 hour presentation in our classroom. The session is in English. We can only deliver one learning session at a time at 3pm in the afternoon during term time. Payment must be made on arrival.
The Imperial War Museum/Imperial War Museum Trading Company Ltd will store the data you supply securely and use it for the purpose of arranging your visit.
