Eating and Drinking
Visit our on-site restaurant or one of our cafés at IWM Duxford. Each location has somthing diferent to offer; from a full American style hot meal in The Workshop Restaurant, deli sandwiches whilst seated within The Armoury Café and Kitchen or sampling a freshly-baked cake and refreshing drink overlooking the latest American Air Museum collections.
The Armoury Café and Kitchen
Open daily, 10am - 4.30pm (Hot food until 2.30pm)
Next to the Visitor Centre and Shop, The Armoury Café and Kitchen offers a menu of hot seasonal British food, deli sandwiches, hot and cold drinks. Lunch options may include freshly made pies, traditional beer-battered fish and chips, and more. Children can choose from a selection of lunch bags and hot dishes. The nearby activity zone makes this a great family lunch choice or stop-off before travelling home.
The Workshop Restaurant
Closed (re-opening 1 February 2018)
The Workshop Restaurant is ideally positioned between the Historic Duxford and Battle of Britain exhibitions so you can take a break from your visit over a relaxed lunch. Situated in what was once the historic parachute workshop, The Workshop Restaurant offers a menu of freshly-cooked American classics and museum favrorites such as the 'Sally B Burger' and 'Sweet potato fries'.
With a great range of individual dishes, as well as generous sharing platters, there's something for all the family. The Workshop Restaurant is a fully licensed restaurant selling wine and beer as well as teas, coffees and soft drinks.
The American Air Museum and Café
Open daily, 11am-3.30pm
Take a break in the spectacular American Air Museum and treat yourself to afternoon tea with a cake or scone from our freshly-baked selection. The American Air Museum Café menu offers a range of sandwiches, cakes, pastries and hot and cold drinks.
