Veteran of conflict – an individual who has experience of war and conflict either by service with an armed force at home or abroad; someone who is an eyewitness or has been directly affected by its impact.
Veterans North is a membership group of pro-active veterans and eyewitnesses who are willing to share their stories and experiences with the museum and our visitors.
Members of Veterans North determine their own level of involvement from attending special events, volunteering on our galleries, assisting in the development of learning resources, participating in learning sessions, talking to the media and enhancing the content of exhibitions.
