IWM London Daytime Events and Conferences

The spacious Conference Room is perfect for larger scale meetings and seminars, with an adjoining foyer offering an additional area for registration, breakouts or serving refreshments during the course of the day. The Conference Room can seat up to 100 guests theatre style and 60 cabaret.

This impressive Georgian Boardroom, hung with paintings by the First World War artist and soldier William Orpen, is fitting for meetings, lectures, launches, receptions, small lunches or breakfasts, and seats up to 50 guests theatre or cabaret style, 24 boardroom and 70 for standing receptions.

This stunning new room is similar in grandeur to The Boardroom, but offers clients a more intimate space for meetings, receptions, small lunches or breakfast can accommodate up to 25 guests theatre, 20 cabaret style, 14 boardroom and 30 for a standing reception.

Meeting Room One is light and airy and affords views of the park that surrounds IWM London. It is located along the Directors’ corridor, next to the Boardroom and Directors’ Boardroom. This stylish space is ideal for breakfasts, small meetings of up to eight guests or as a breakout or dedicated dining room.

Meeting Room Two is also located along the Directors’ corridor, opposite Meeting Room 1 and has views over the atrium. This new space is ideal for breakfasts, small meetings of up to ten guests or as a breakout and dedicated refreshment area in combination with other meeting rooms within IWM London. Available from autumn 2013.
