THE ROYAL NAVY 1945-1975Wearing her paying-off pennant, HMS BELFAST enters Singapore. The cruiser was played into harbour by three bands, those of the Commander in Chief, HMS HERMES and the Gurkha Brigade. The forward end of HMS HERMES's flight deck is seen on the left.
