Hunting horn associated with the Second World War service of Captain J L Smyth, 1st Battalion The Queen's Royal Regiment. The horn was used by Captain Smyth to rally his Company whilst fighting Japanese forces in Burma. Captain Smyth was killed in action on 7 May 1944, at Jail Hill, Kohima, Burma.
