captured at Tobruk in 1941

Physical description

main pot, small pot, kettle, lid, stand, strap, burner aluminium inter-fitting cooking set; for carriage, main pot contains all other pieces, secured by leather strap/ buckle around outside, fitting through brackets on lid; for cooking the stand (which has slots cut around bottom) is turned over, the burner placed in the center and the pots, kettle or lid (frying pan) can be placed on 3 lugs protruding from top edge of stand; a handle which would fit into a bracket on the side of each cooking piece is missing; strap broken
