Object description

image: The medieval city walls of Senlis. To the centre right a ruined tower, the top of which is covered in vegetation. There are trees behind. Two small trees to the left of the tower occupy a small area of ground leading down to the moat which runs along the foreground of the composition. In the background to the left stand the steeples of the cathedral. Five birds fly overhead.
