Object description

Air Marshal Sholto Douglas inspecting ground staff of the 303 Polish Fighter Squadron during a presentation ceremony at Leconfield. Four airmen of the unit were decorated with the Distinguished Flying Cross at this day. Their names were: Squadron Leader Witold Urbanowicz, Flying Officer Zdzisław Henneberg, Pilot Officer Jan Zumbach and Pilot Officer Mirosław Ferić.
