The reopening of Nazo Anaa School in Kabul, February 2002. Prior to reopening, the Royal Engineers had helped local tradesmen to rebuild the school after its long-term closure under the Taliban regime. ISAF Commander, Major General McColl cut the ribbon during the Reopening Ceremony. Sweets are distributed to celebrate the reopening of the School.
