Object description
The first British Army patrol in Lashkar Gah following the British assumption of responsibility for the Provincial Reconstruction Team in Helmand, Afghanistan. Assisted by an Afghan interpreter, the patrol commander talks to an Afghan civilian seen acting suspiciously near the PRT base at Lashkar Gah. The patrol was conducted jointly with the Afghan National Police, during which the ANP were advised on methods of conducting vehicle searches.
