At twelve o'clock, 19 year old Land Girl Rosalind Cox pauses in her day's work and returns to her billet for lunch. Her landlady, Mrs Annie Weaver, enjoys a cup of tea whilst Rosalind tucks into a large plate of rabbit stew. Behind them on the wall, is a display of horse brasses, won by Mrs Weaver's husband.
