Captain Robert W Russell (of 544 Wyoming Avenue, Wyoming, Pennsylvania) inspects work in the kitchen of a NAAFI, somewhere in England. Captain Russell is Regimental Adjutant and studied Industrial Education at Pennsylvania State College. Two members of NAAFI kitchen staff are baking buns for the American troops.
