B grade trainees at the 8th Convalescent Hospital, Stoneleigh Park engage in a bout of boxing in the sunshine, as part of their recreational Physical Training and rehabilitation. They are standing in a line outside the barracks, watched by their instructor and a small dog. Being B grade trainees, they are now almost back to full fitness: once they reach A grade, they can return to military service.
