Object description
A busy scene in the Treatment Room of the First Aid Post, set up in a room in a school, probably Mary Boon School, on the corner of Earsby Street and Bishop King's Road, near Avonmore Road. Nurses treat various injuries, including the wounded leg of a young boy. In the background, the doctor and superintendent nurse attend to a man with a back injury. A number of posters can be seen on the wall, encouraging people to support the war effort in various ways.
