A 'nurse's eye view' (taken looking down into the pram) of six children as they are taken on outing in a pram on a cold and snowy afternoon. The children have been evacuated from the East End and parts of south east London to Kilronan Nursery in Woking, Surrey, which is entirely supported by funds from the Junior American Red Cross.
