'Father Christmas' in a costume and mask presents a young boy with a gift of a book of nursery rhymes whilst shaking his hand. This boy and other children are attending a Christmas party held at Admiralty House, London. Some children wear hats and smart clothing. The boy is Winston Churchill Jr, the Prime Minister's grandson.
