Admiral Jerzy Świrski, the C-in-C of the Polish Nav, is present in the group of Allied officers in the background. The army oficer on the left is a major of the Polish Army.
The decorated officer might be Lieutenant Marian Kadulski of the Polish Navy destroyer ORP Błyskawica (Lightning), decorated with the Distinguished Service Order during this ceremony.
