Portrait of Admiral Sir Bruce Fraser standing in front of a portrait of the Duke of York. Admiral Fraser served as Commander in Chief Eastern Fleet from 1944 and signed the Japanese Terms of Surrender on behalf of Britain on 2 September 1945.
