(see also album 82), series entitled Marketing Without Money relating to a childrens clothing exchange and the people who repair old clothes and transform them into more useful garments, series entitled Miss Irene Ward MP Visits the WAAF: Miss Ward and Mrs Kuo visit a WAAF balloon site, a mess at a fighter station, and look at life saving equipment at a fighter station, such as rubber dinghies and parachutes, series entitled British Equipment at American Air-Field which features British-made oxygen tanks used in the servicing of B17s, British-made parachutes and other equipment such as dinghies and binoculars in use by US pilots and ground crews, also bicycles, radio transmitters, and parachutes being packed, more photographs of the Army Exhibition (see above and in album 82), a photograph of a woman looking at a Squander Bug advertisement in a newspaper, a photograph of a woman looking at the contents of her pay packet, series entitled Hospital is Getting Back to Normal regarding St Thomas Hospital in London which was badly hit during the Blitz - features a number of photographs of the scarred building and also views of the nurses with child patients, two photographs of camouflage nets being made, series of photographs relating to the Council for the Encouragement of Music and the Arts (CEMA) lunchtime concerts in an aircraft factory, two photographs of Miss Doris Brodie - she is capping cathode-ray tubes in a factory in one photograph and peeling potatoes at home in the other photograph, a posed photograph of two women talking, series of posed Ministry of Information photographs a child getting ready for her bath and a man relaxing, series entitled Treating Diseases of the Chest relating to treatment for tuberculosis and so on, and includes stitches being removed after a Thoracoplasty operation and physiotherapy to encourage the correct use of the lungs, series of photographs featuring views of the 'John Olsson' exhibition at Charing Cross: The story of an average American, series entitled Anglo-Czech Anniversary featuring a service of commemoration of the arrival of the Czechoslovak Army to Winchester in 1917, includes a General inspecting Home Guard troops, series of photographs relating to an exhibition at 20 Portman Square organised by the Courtauld Institute of Art and the China Society (includes a photograph of Mrs. Kuo).
