A photograph showing an exhibition designed by the Ministry of Information relating to the work of the London Fire Brigade and the Auxiliary Fire Service, which is to be shipped to New York. The various panels of the display include 'Progress of an Incident', following the work of the LFB and AFS in an emergency situation (left), 'Nerve Centre of London's Fire Service Headquarters Control Room' (right) and 'Heroes of London' (back right), which has portraits of various firemen. The exhibition has been set up in the foyer of MoI headquarters at Senate House.
